What is EnterpriseMail Gateway?

An outsourced email service that works in conjunction with your existing mail server. Working as a front end to your mail server, your email will route through our EnterpriseMail email servers prior to being delivered to your mail server.

Disaster Recovery

In the event of a system failure with your mail server or your Internet connection, your email will be stored on our servers. Our network will detect when your server comes back up and all mail will be delivered to you automatically. In the event of a significant server outage on your network, your users can log into EnterpriseMail to check their email for as long as it takes to perform a disaster recovery plan for your primary mail server.
Security

EnterpriseMail blocks email-based attacks on your network. Our sophisticated networking technology prevents denial-of-service and syn-flood attacks from reaching your server, where your data resides. Spammers are becomming more aggresive sometimes launching attacks on mail servers in order to find email addresses and send out more spam.

EnterpriseMail runs on a highly redundant network with multiple high bandwidth Internet connections. Our fault tolerant array of servers provides continuous availability and provides high performance, low latency email delivery.
Spam control

Each email account can set its own spam-sensitivity level and review their own Junk Mail box. Our exclusive spam filters and heuristics programs are continously updated to match current spam threats, effectively eliminating 97-99% of all junk mail. Our junk mail filter also "learns" as it goes, so false positives are quickly eliminated. The ability to make your own "white lists" (also called "safe lists") is included.
Anti-Virus Protection

Your email arrives virus free. All email is scanned and cleaned of viruses by the leading virus-scanning software before being sent to your network. With 95% of virus attacks coming from email viruses - we stop viruses before they reach you. We update our anti-virus systems around the clock.
Email Archiving

Is your business required to keep a permanent archive of all email sent or received by your company and employees? EnterpriseMail Logging works behind the scenes to copy and archive email automatically. Email Logging works for both inbound and outbound mail and can be enabled upon request.
